JENNIFER Lopez fights back the tears as she proudly accepts an award.

The singer, 43, won two gongs at the Premios Juventud awards – and her emotional reaction was proof of her joy. J-Lo looked stunning as she received the awards on stage – dazzling the crowd in a short gold embellished Zuhair Murad dress before hugging her fans. Her ex-husband Mark Anthony looked on from the crowd as she was honoured for her work.

He attended the event with new girlfriend Chloe Green while Jennifer was accompanied by boyfriend Casper Smart. Earlier in the evening she had performed her hit On The Floor with rapper Pitbull. Wearing diamante-studded tights and a revealing leotard as well as a black lace detail leotard, she put on a breath-taking show at the Bank United Center in Miami, Florida. Her high-powered performance came days after she showed a saggy tummy during a performance at the Summer Time Hyde Park gig. Despite her ribbed abs, the mum of two showed even she was not perfect when the crop top and low-slung trousers she wore exposed a bit of flabby skin.
